Jennifer has been married for 10 years to Jason and has three children Avery 7, Evan & Aiden 4. Jennifer has lived on the North shore all her life settling in Danvers with her family 9 years ago.
Before working in Real estate she worked in engineering, designing first articles for medical and technology companies in Massachusetts.
When she started her family she decided to shift work gears and stepped into real estate and worked for Century 21 North Shore then briefly for Keller Williams before joining permanently with Atlantic Coast homes.

In Charrissa’s past life she was an Account Direcor at some of
Boston's top advertising agencies. A highly motivated business
professional with proven experience, Charrissa enjoys a challenge and
has developed complex branding strategies and marketing plans for
companies such as AT&T and MetLife. Then, she got bored.
Charrissa began to rent her own properties and began buying and
renovating homes for herself. And, advertising as she knew it was
quickly left in the dust.
Charrissa’s passion for real-estate keeps her up at night - in a good
way. Whether it be on the buying or selling side, investment, staging,
rehab, or property management Charrissa does it all and enjoys every
minute of it. She loves working with her clients and finding them a
property that fits their strategic goals: their forever home,
first-time home or investment opportunities for holds or flips.
She’s personable and takes the time to call back. Every morning
Charrissa searches for all of her clients, for whatever their real
estate needs are.
Charrissa enjoys traveling and has spent time abroad in Italy. She has
run through wine vineyards on the coast of Cinque Terre and rides
Vespas, Italian-style. She always makes sure to wear a helmet just in
case she falls off or is ejected from an F1 Racing vehicle at high
speeds - and that really did happen.
